has reference to DG,AIR circular vide file no.
B-12017/7/2008-WL, dated 29.05.2009 and letter no. 14/28//2009-SIV-B/397 dated 31.07.2009 on
the subject noted above. (details available on AIR NET) All the Stations /Offices of AIR/DD in the North Zone are requested to send the required service details/data of all the eligible incumbents from SEA to Helper level after verifying from their service books/records. It may please also be ensured that ACRs of subordinate Engineering staff (except helpers) for the period 01.04.2003 to 31.03.2008 are completed and sent to this office, if not already done. Pending vigilance cases if any against the any such staff may also be mentioned.
